Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Head of Solutions Engineering to turn customer needs into viable robotics solutions. Based in London, you’ll partner with Commercial, Product, Engineering and Deployment to lead discovery, define requirements and map a path from evaluation to deployment.

Initially you will be the core individual contributor visiting sites and creating pre-sales material. As demand grows, you will establish and lead the function across UK/EU, US and MENA, hiring regional engineers while

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solutions Engineering/Pre-Sales or similar customer-facing tech role.
• Strong understanding of WMS, MES and ERP integrations.
• Proven ability to build business cases, ROI models and TCO assessments.
• Experience scaling a Solutions Engineering function in a high-growth tech company.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery, site visits and requirement gathering.
• Define solution concepts and align with Product and Engineering.
• Own technical content of proposals, SOWs, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Build and lead the global Solutions Engineering function and hiring.
• Travel to customer sites across the UK/EU, US and MENA.
