Job summary

Curious Universe is seeking a seasoned Group Head of Product Quality & Compliance to elevate our approach to quality, compliance and supplier performance across our toy and arts & crafts ranges.

You will lead the Product Compliance,Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality functions, partnering with Production, Procurement and Product Development to embed proactive quality throughout the lifecycle. Experience with overseas manufacturing partners, ideally in Asia, is highly valuable.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in product quality and compliance for consumer goods.
• Experience with overseas manufacturing partners, ideally Asia.
• Strong leadership and strategic mindset.
• Experience with major retail customer quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Compliance, Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality functions.
• Develop QA processes and quality gates across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement and Product Development.
• Set clear supplier expectations and drive corrective actions.
• Engage with international suppliers to embed proactive quality improvements.
