Job summary

Hasbro is seeking an experienced quality, regulatory and compliance leader to head our EMEA team, driving product safety and technical compliance across Hasbro and licensed product.

You will lead a specialist QA team, act as Hasbro's technical voice in industry bodies, and partner with global stakeholders to ensure our products meet the highest safety standards in every market they reach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product regulatory or compliance leadership across multiple markets.
• Deep knowledge of toy safety standards and legislation worldwide.
• Experience shaping regulatory strategy for Hasbro and licensed products.
• Proven ability to lead a Regulatory Change Management process end to end.
• Strong collaboration with global teams and industry bodies.

Responsibilities

• Represent Hasbro in industry and standardization bodies, shaping regulation.
• Lead and develop the EMEA QA team, interpreting regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes across EMEA and manage business exposure.
• Own the Regulatory Change Management Process for the region.
• Develop compliance strategies for distributor territories and GCC markets.
• Define and operate licensing compliance processes with global teams.
• Support product teams on new lines with regulatory guidance.
• Escalation point for market authorities and consumer safety issues.
