Job summary

Neko Health AB seeks a Global Head of Facilities to define the international facilities strategy and standard of spaces across markets. You will lead a team of regional Facilities Managers and oversee health, safety, and regulatory compliance to uphold premium standards.

In this role you will own the facilities budget, drive operational excellence, and build scalable processes and vendor partnerships to support rapid clinic growth while maintaining exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in facilities management for premium locations.
• Strong technical understanding of building systems, maintenance strategy and capital investment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global facilities strategy, standards, procedures and KPIs across markets.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of regional Facilities Managers with clear direction.
• Oversee global vendor relationships, service agreements, and procurement terms.
• Ensure regulatory, safety and healthcare compliance with a unified risk framework.
• Own the global facilities budget and drive efficiency without compromising quality.
