Odin is a London-based company building the investment infrastructure for private markets. The role focuses on automating operations, turning processes into software, and delivering deal execution end-to-end with a team of ~50 as the company scales.

You’ll work closely with the ops team to automate workflows, manage numerical tasks, and drive efficiencies while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and a first-principles approach. London-based and office-focused.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build concrete solutions with no budget and no engineers.
• Strong numerical skills and financial mechanics.
• End-to-end understanding of systems and ability to close loops.
