Job summary

Totum Partners seeks a Global Head of Facilities Management to lead the firm’s worldwide property and workplace strategy. You will drive an integrated, partnership-aligned approach to space, services and the office portfolio across regions.

Responsibilities include steering outsourced FM, managing major contracts, and partnering with procurement and senior leadership on cost, risk, and continuity. The role requires credibility with Partners and Board-level influence, and leadership of dispersed

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a global FM / property function in a law firm or comparable professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of the dynamics of a partnership model and fee-earner-led business.
• Excellent budget control and supplier contract management.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with a strong focus on compliance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead global FM and workplace strategy across the firm’s offices.
• Oversee outsourced FM, front-of-house, and catering operations.
• Collaborate with Procurement on supplier strategy and cost management.
• Ensure financial controls and business continuity planning.
