Job summary

Totum Partners is recruiting a Global Head of Facilities Management for an international law firm. The role leads global FM and workplace strategy, aligning with a partnership-led, client-facing environment and driving a high-quality workplace experience across offices.

You will partner with senior stakeholders on lease negotiations, portfolio optimisation and international openings, while overseeing outsourced FM and budgeting in a regulated legal setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading global FM/property functions in international professional services.
• Strong understanding of partnership-led, client-facing environments.
• Track record of managing large budgets and supplier contracts.
• Delivery of workplace strategy across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience in regulated environments with compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm’s global FM and workplace strategy across offices worldwide.
• Advise on lease negotiations, portfolio optimisation and international openings.
• Drive consistent workplace experience for partners, clients and fee earners.
• Oversee outsourced FM, front-of-house, catering and workplace services.
• Collaborate with Procurement on supplier strategy and cost management.
• Oversee global budgets and ensure strong financial controls.
• Ensure compliance, risk and health & safety in a regulated legal environment.
• Contribute to business continuity and resilience planning internationally.
