Job summary

Just Group plc is seeking a Head of Corporate & External Reporting to lead the Group’s external financial and regulatory reporting agenda, spanning IFRS, US GAAP, and Solvency II. You will drive governance, accounting policy, and high-quality disclosures across statutory accounts, SFCR, and sustainability reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification leadership experience.
• Experience in insurance with financial reporting outcomes.
• Strong IFRS, US GAAP and Solvency II knowledge.
• Ability to lead external reporting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead external and regulatory reporting delivery.
• Oversee consolidation across IFRS, US GAAP and Solvency II.
• Provide expert technical accounting guidance on transactions and regulatory developments.
• Establish and maintain accounting policies across reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate reporting with BWS Group Finance and external auditors.
• Lead Corporate Reporting team and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate climate and sustainability reporting.
