Job summary

Apex Group Ltd, based in London, seeks a Group Head of External Reporting to lead a senior FP&A team and own the group’s management reporting for boards, PE shareholders, and lenders. The role focuses on governance, timely delivery, and centralised responses to queries, collaborating with the Deputy Head of FP&A, CFO, and regional finance leads across our global business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 10+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning.
• Ability to manage a global team.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly board results deck and governance.
• Own proforma results reporting and acquisitions understanding.
• Oversee monthly capital structure and liquidity reporting.
• Oversee monthly segment results and executive summary.
• Oversee monthly synergy reporting and provide metrics.
• Prepare quarterly lender decks and respond to lender queries.
• Manage Bonus Scorecard input for Compensation Committee.
• Provide timely answers to shareholder and lender queries.
• Be a team player within FP&A to win as a team.
• Lead group management report development in Workday.
• Collaborate to improve reporting suite and leverage Power BI.
• Drive standardisation of reports with hierarchical structures.
