Job summary

Infopro Digital is seeking an experienced Event Technology Lead for Risk Global in London. You will set the event technology strategy, run Eventmaker, and ensure the full stack—registration, CRM, badging, streaming, webinars, and awards management—works as one.

You will sit at the centre of events, learning, marketing, sales and tech teams, turning business goals into a clear roadmap while solving on-site issues quickly under pressure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology operations, event operations or digital events, ideally in B2B conferences, media or professional services.
• Hands-on expertise with event management platforms (Eventmaker, Cvent, Bizzabo, Swapcard or similar), including configuration and administration.
• Proven experience delivering integrations between event platforms and CRM, marketing automation, payment and badging or check-in providers.
• Strong working knowledge of webinar platforms and dig(ital) streaming).

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the event technology strategy and roadmap for Risk Global, aligned with divisional commercial and audience goals.
• Platform Ownership: Act as the business owner and lead administrator of Eventmaker, configuring sites, registration, ticketing, agendas, speaker and sponsor management; manage integrations with CRM, badging and on-site check-in.
• Live Event Delivery: Lead event technology on site and remotely; run rehearsals, contingency plans and run-of-show checks; travel to events as required.
• People & Stakeholders: Train and support teams, manage suppliers, and communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues and senior stakeholders.
