Nteractive in the UK is seeking a Director, Attendee Excellence & Event Technology to lead Digital Services across Signature accounts. You will shape vision, strategy and growth for attendee experience, event tech and digital engagement, working with global programmes.

You will build scalable operating models, drive innovation, improve operational excellence, and lead geographically distributed teams while partnering with senior leadership and clients to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Digital Services, Event Technology or Consulting/Agency operations.
• Experience delivering and scaling enterprise programmes for global clients.
• Strong understanding of attendee ecosystems including registration, housing, websites and communications.
• Proven track record of transformation, modernization or operational improvement.
• Experience building and developing geographically distributed teams.
• Strong commercial awareness across growth planning and profitability.
• Experience supporting business development and client growth.
• Understanding of AI, automation and emerging technologies.

Responsabilités

• Develop vision, strategy and growth roadmap for Digital Services across signature accounts.

• Improve operational excellence across registration, housing, websites and attendee communications.

• Partner with Growth and Senior Leadership to develop scalable, valuable service offerings.
• Act as a strategic leader and trusted advisor to major clients and internal stakeholders.
• Improve consistency, efficiency and scalability across global programmes.
• Build scalable operating models to support growth.
• Champion Client-Led Delivery across specialist teams.
• Connect Client Services, Project Leadership, Creative Studio and Digital Services.
• Build strong operating metrics and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams across regions.
