Job summary

Accu, a transformative global component company, is seeking a Global Customer Director to lead customer-facing teams and drive proactive account management for high-value B2B accounts. The role focuses on integrating AI with human support to deliver a superior customer experience and long-term growth.

Based in the West Yorkshire area with hybrid working, the role reports to the UK Managing Director and guides a cross-functional team across customer solutions, satisfaction, and account management

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of customer-facing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong ability to drive revenue growth through customer experience improvements.
• Experience with B2B accounts and enterprise-level solutions.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on retention and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage Head of Customer Solutions and Customer Satisfaction Managers.
• Develop KPIs across teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Lead growth of Accu's B2B key accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
• Oversee escalations and ensure best-in-class customer experience across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with all departments to maintain high standards across international markets.
