Accu is seeking a Global Customer Director to lead and develop our customer-facing teams, overseeing enquiries, customer experience across ecommerce and offline/custom sales for key B2B accounts. You’ll shape proactive account management and drive loyalty and growth globally.

You will blend AI and human agents to deliver top-notch customer experiences, acting as the voice of the customer in executive settings and aligning cross-functional teams to maximize retention and value.

Responsabilités

• Directly manage Head of Customer Solutions and Customer Satisfaction Managers; oversee 25 specialists.
• Develop KPIs to drive revenue, profit and customer satisfaction growth.
• Report to board on progress, requirements and risks; propose process improvements.
