Job summary

The Eaton Group Quality Management function leads QA activities to ensure products meet required standards and that QA policies are applied by qualified personnel. The role manages a team, develops plans, and ensures performance aligns with area objectives.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the Business Management System, embedding quality across the value stream, coaching the QA team, and supporting external audits and regulatory requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Auditing and assurance experience in QA
• Leadership of cross-functional teams in design/manufacturing
• Familiarity with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements
• Experience in managing investigations using RCCA tools
• Ability to coach and develop QA teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA function and align with business needs
• Maintain Business Management System and monitor non-conformances
• Ensure processes follow BMS requirements across value stream
• Drive continuous improvement and cost of quality reduction
• Provide leadership and mentorship to QA staff
• Support external audits and regulatory compliance
