SharkNinja seeks a Senior Director, Strategic Growth Initiatives & Transformation, to globally drive high‑priority growth initiatives. The role partners across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and more to scale geographies, channels, and direct‑to‑consumer opportunities.

You will lead cross‑functional execution, governance, and operating‑model enablement to deliver measurable business impact and rapid progress toward growth targets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategy execution, business operations, consulting, program leadership, commercial execution, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record leading complex cross‑functional initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
• Experience executing market expansion, channel expansion, commercialization, or enterprise growth initiatives.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of SharkNinja's highest‑priority growth initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of measurable business outcomes.
• Drive geographic expansion, new market entry, channel expansion, direct‑to‑consumer growth, social commerce, and other strategic opportunities.
• Translate strategic priorities into integrated execution plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
• Build cross‑functional partnerships to align resources, priorities, and execution plans.
