Job summary

Laundryheap, a global on-demand laundry and dry-cleaning service, is seeking a Growth Analytics Lead. You will own growth planning, measurement, and attribution across multiple markets, driving data-driven decisions and investment tweaks in a fast-moving environment.

You will build dashboards, coordinate with Product, Operations and CRM, and help raise data maturity across regions. The role demands hands-on analytics, strong storytelling, and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance, growth or marketing analytics roles.
• Experience across paid and organic channels in a multi-market business.
• Proven ability to influence senior peers without line authority.
• Experience in a consumer, on-demand, marketplace or app-based business.
• Strong analytical skills: Excel/Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI).
• Solid grasp of tracking and attribution: GA4, UTMs, Conversions API, MMPs, privacy changes.
• Commercial fluency in unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback, cohort analysis.
• Clear communicator who turns data into decisions for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated growth planning across channels and markets.
• Define and run the marketing measurement, dashboards and attribution.
• Manage cross-channel budget and investment decisions with CXO and Finance.
• Coordinate cross-functional growth work with Product, Operations and CRM.
• Lead cross-channel experimentation roadmap and data maturity initiatives.
