Job summary

Laundryheap is hiring a Growth Analytics Lead to own the data-driven marketing growth plan across channels and markets. You will manage performance reporting, attribution, and experimentation, working with Product, Operations and CRM to drive faster, evidence-based decisions.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in marketing analytics, hands-on paid acquisition, and strong skills in SQL and BI tools. This role offers a fast-paced, international environment and opportunities to grow into broader growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance, growth or marketing analytics roles, including paid acquisition.
• Experience across paid and organic channels in a multi-market business.
• Proven ability to influence senior peers without line authority.
• Experience in consumer, on-demand, marketplace or app-based businesses.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing growth plan across channels and markets, aligned with CXO and Finance.
• Run weekly/monthly performance rhythm, track delivery against targets and flag risks.
• Define the attribution approach, run incrementality tests and geo tests.
• Build cross-channel budget model and advise where to allocate spend.
