Job summary

Citadel Source is partnering with a leading international engineering and manufacturing organisation to recruit a Group Reporting Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will own external reporting, group consolidation and technical accounting while collaborating with auditors and international finance teams.

We seek a technically strong qualified accountant with IFRS expertise and proven experience in group reporting within a listed or multinational business. ACA/ACCA is required.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with IFRS expertise.
• Proven experience in group reporting and consolidation.
• Experience with external audits in a listed/multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading the preparation and delivery of external financial reporting requirements.
• Coordinating external audits, acting as the central point of contact for auditors and advisers.
• Managing technical accounting matters and disclosure requirements across the Group.
• Producing UK statutory financial statements and supporting listed company reporting obligations.
• Leading the preparation of accurate and timely Group consolidations in accordance with IFRS.
• Reviewing divisional submissions and ensuring compliance with Group accounting policies.
• Preparing technical accounting assessments for significant or complex transactions.
• Supporting and enhancing the Group Internal Control Framework and governance processes.
• Assisting with treasury activities, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, and banking oversight.
• Owning impairment reviews for goodwill, tangible and intangible assets.
• Managing key month-end accounting activities, including lease accounting and treasury-related accounting.
• Supporting Audit Committee and Board reporting, whilst providing leadership to junior team members.
