Mallory Partners is recruiting a Group Financial Controller for an international professional services group. Based in London with hybrid working, you will own financial control, reporting and transactional finance, leading the central controllership while influencing regional teams.

You will shape best practice, improve month-end, develop group policies, enhance working capital and drive automation and data standardisation across Europe, Asia and Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial control and reporting within a multi-entity group.
• Strong track record in transforming and professionalising a finance function.
• International experience across dispersed finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead financial control, reporting and transactional finance.
• Head the central controllership while influencing regional teams.
• Shape best practices, strengthen month-end processes and group policies.
• Drive working capital improvement, cash management and automation initiatives.
• Oversee systems/data agenda and standardisation across regions.
