Marks Sattin Ltd, on behalf of a global hospitality and leisure group, seeks a senior financial professional to lead financial control and reporting across multi-site operations in London and New York.

The ideal candidate is ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 3 years PQE in financial control, reporting or audit, with strong UK GAAP/IFRS knowledge, NetSuite experience, and a proven ability to drive process improvements and partner with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with at least 3 years PQE in financial control, financial reporting, or audit.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS; experience with group consolidations.
• Experience working across multi-site operations and with external auditors/tax advisors.

Responsabilités

• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate reconciliations, journals, and reporting.
• Own group balance sheet integrity; substantiate material/high-risk accounts and resolve exposures.
• Maintain internal control frameworks and SOPs across domestic and international entities.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, foreign currency revaluations, and transfer-pricing documentation; manage treasury activities.
