Marks Sattin is representing a global hospitality and leisure group seeking a hands-on Group Financial Control Manager. You will oversee month-end close, balance sheet integrity, and internal controls across UK and US entities while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA qualified with 3+ years PQE in financial control, reporting or audit, with UK GAAP/IFRS knowledge and experience with NetSuite and Planful.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with at least 3 years PQE in financial control, financial reporting or audit.
• Strong technical expertise in UK GAAP, IFRS, statutory accounting and group consolidations.
• Experience with multi-site operations and exposure to cross-border structures is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of reconciliations, journals, and financial reporting.
• Own group balance sheet integrity; substantiate material accounts and resolve exposures.
• Maintain and strengthen internal control frameworks and SOPs across domestic and international entities.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, foreign currency revaluations, recharge mechanisms, and entity administration.
• Manage statutory reporting, audit coordination, tax/VAT compliance, and transfer pricing in partnership with advisors.
