Job summary

Cyncly is seeking a hands-on Group Accountant to strengthen the Group Finance team. The role focuses on consolidated financial reporting, governance of group accounting policies, and timely external reporting across a multinational structure.

You will work with regional and entity finance teams, FP&A, and other functions to ensure accurate and scalable group reporting, with opportunities to drive process improvements in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills are essential.
• Experience with month-end, year-end or group reporting is expected.
• Ability to communicate clearly across countries and levels of seniority.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual Group close and consolidation.
• Prepare consolidation schedules (goodwill, intangibles, IFRS16).
• Assist in group month-end pack, treasury files and cashflow.
• Review entity submissions for completeness and accuracy against Group requirements.
• Investigate issues with entity finance teams and resolve them.
• Support preparation of Group financial statements and management reporting.
• Maintain audit trails for consolidation adjustments and key judgments.
• Assist with accounting policies and cross-entity consistency.
