Qualifications

• English communication skills (verbal and written) required.
• Recent graduate or first professional experience in Engineering, Aerospace or Manufacturing.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment and drive future innovation.

Responsibilities

• New product introduction working closely with R&T, influencing aircraft design for manufacture.
• Delivering optimised industrial system concepts.
• Continuous improvement and development of current industrial systems.
• Strategy development and leadership of projects to deliver more efficient and cost effective processes, machines and systems.
• Introduction and industrialisation of new technologies into production.
• Introduction of digital manufacturing solutions.
• Daily technical support to production - identifying, analyzing and solving technical shop floor issues.
