Airbus Operations Limited is launching a two-year Global Graduate programme designed to accelerate growth and leadership potential from day one. The scheme blends technical development with soft-skill training, including inclusive leadership and resilience, through in-person and virtual workshops.

As a participant, you will rotate across placements at Filton and possibly other Airbus sites, gaining broad insight into aerospace engineering and the business.

Qualifications

• A degree level or equivalent within Aerospace, Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in aerospace or wider engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.
• Self-awareness and a wish to lead your own development.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the early design stages of projects across multiple disciplines to deliver an integrated, optimized solution.
• Collaborate with the Future Projects team, other engineering teams, marketing and strategy.
