Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in the United Kingdom is launching the AGGP2027 Fuel & Inerting Systems Graduate programme starting September 2027. The two-year journey blends hands-on placements with leadership training to accelerate growth as a professional engineer within a global aerospace leader.

You will rotate through fuel systems design, collaborate with experienced teams, and contribute to sustainable aviation initiatives including novel fuels.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
• Desirable modules include Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Modelling & Simulation, Systems Design & Integration.
• Maximum of three years relevant work experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Team-oriented, proactive attitude and desire to innovate.
• Interest in aviation, new fuels and sustainable tech.

Responsibilities

• Design support for Fuel & Inerting systems across Airbus products throughout the lifecycle.
• Complete multiple placements to gain breadth across the business.
• Develop leadership potential as a Graduate Engineer and future Team Leader.
• Contribute to environmentally sustainable aviation initiatives and novel fuels.
