Job summary

Radius invites graduates to join its Graduate Leadership Programme in Crewe. This three-year rotational scheme develops leaders by assigning real projects across Operations, Account Management, Customer Service, Marketing and Data Analytics.

You’ll gain broad exposure, mentorship from senior leaders and structured development to prepare you for specialist, management and leadership roles. The programme starts Sep 2027, with standard full-time hours Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00.

Qualifications

• Achieve a 2:1 degree or above or equivalent.
• Graduate starting in September 2027 and eligible to join in Crewe.
• Ability to articulate a problem, reach a recommendation, and explain it clearly.
• Proven ownership of a task and follow-through without prompting.
• Experience collaborating with others to deliver a shared outcome.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills or subjects.

Responsibilities

• Rotating across six business areas and learning how each contributes to the wider business.
• Own projects and process improvements and see them through to a result.
• Identify opportunities to improve how the business runs and propose practical ideas.
• Present recommendations to senior stakeholders and address questions.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver shared outcomes and build networks.
• Develop leadership skills with mentorship and structured development.
