Job summary

LUSH is seeking a Lead Designer for Gift Design at its London Head Office. You will drive creative development for gifting, partnering with global teams to craft commercially successful collections.

The role champions innovation across gifting, packaging and collaborations, leading projects and guiding partnerships with artists and studios worldwide. Regular travel within the UK and quarterly international trips are involved.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in developing creative collections that balance aesthetics and commercial viability.
• Experience partnering with external artists and managing licensing contracts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and guide storytelling across markets.

Responsibilities

• Creative Direction & Strategy: shape category vision and translate insights into concepts.
• Packaging Innovation: develop innovative formats and materials with the packaging team.
• Artist Partnerships & Licensing: build relationships and manage licensing briefs and copyrights.
• Global Creative Collaboration: align with international teams and share design direction.
• Project Execution & Brand Advocacy: write briefs, oversee budgets, and represent the Gifts category.
