Job summary

VGW is seeking a General Manager for Chumba Casino, its flagship product, to lead strategy, commercial results, and multidisciplinary teams across Europe or the US. The role requires hands-on leadership with deep data insight to diagnose issues, shape fixes, and ensure efforts move the needle for a world-class brand.

You will own revenue, margins, and ROI, build market-informed strategies, and guide product, live ops, and growth bets.

Qualifications

• Extensive digital commercial leadership experience with P&L accountability for large-scale consumer apps or games.
• Proven ability to diagnose performance, build solutions, and translate KPIs into business value.

Responsibilities

• Own Chumba Casino P&L end-to-end including revenue, margin, and ROI.
• Set strategy and roadmap using market insights; align product, live ops and growth bets.
• Diagnose drivers of performance and guide teams to effective solutions.
• Set commercial goals for product and live ops and ensure alignment with market reality.
• Lead high-performing, geographically distributed teams and maintain close work involvement.
