Centalion seeks a Global Gas & Power Business Manager to lead the global strategy and coordinate across regional trading and origination desks. You will align priorities, enable decisive action, and ensure governance and execution discipline across a global platform.

As a central figure connecting commercial objectives with risk, capital, and operations, you will partner with Regional Heads of Desk and stakeholders to drive performance while preserving regional accountability.

Formación

• Extensive experience in energy or commodity trading with strong commercial background.
• Proven track record in senior management, commercial strategy or business development in a multi-regional trading environment.
• Ability to partner with senior trading leadership and influence stakeholders across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate global strategy and annual business plans across regions.
• Translate priorities into workstreams with clear owners and milestones; track delivery.
• Prepare materials for leadership reviews, strategy sessions and budgets.
• Coordinate inputs from regional desks to form a consolidated global view.
• Manage cross-functional interfaces with Risk, Finance, Operations, Legal and IT.
• Drive global initiatives such as market entry, platform development and process improvements.
