Job summary

Man Group in London seeks a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join the Fund Regulatory Reporting team within Operations. You will support filings to FCA, CBI, NFA, SEC and other regulators, coordinating inputs from front, middle and back office to meet deadlines.

You will improve reporting processes, provide guidance on products and transactions, and liaise with external vendors. A strong Excel and data-consolidation capability is essential, with interest in AIFMD, Form PF and Form CPO-PQR.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund regulatory reporting and interacting with multiple regulators.
• Ability to coordinate inputs across front, middle and back offices to meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting concepts and processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review regulatory filings to FCA, CBI, NFA, SEC and other global regulators.
• Coordinate inputs and obtain sign-off across business areas ahead of deadlines.
• Maintain and improve regulatory reporting policies and procedures.
• Advise on treatment of products/transactions for regulatory reporting.
• Liaise with external vendors and coordinate governance meetings.
• Assist in regulatory developments from operations and systems perspectives.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships within front, middle and back office.
