Aufgaben

• Support the development and execution of the global vision, strategy and roadmap for Funding products and how our customers are funded across the Globe.
• Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying opportunities for product enhancements, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
• Lead end-to-end product development across Global Payments’ Funding capabilities, through direct dedicated engineering teams and via matrix leadership for indirect teams.
• Manage product initiatives through the product lifecycle, from concept and business case to launch and optimisation.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Banking Partners, Technology, Operations, Commercial and Sales teams to ensure successful product outcomes.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback, using data and insights to recommend improvements and future development opportunities.
• Lead a team of Product Owners, creating a high-performance culture that attracts and grows top talent.
• Develop a strong understanding of the funding landscape and act as a key point of contact for product-related queries within the business.
