Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to join our Funding Product team and help shape the future of global commerce.

You will own the global vision, strategy and roadmap for Funding products and drive end-to-end product development across our Funding capabilities. You will collaborate with Treasury, Banking Partners, Technology, Operations, Commercial and Sales to deliver measurable business outcomes, monitor performance and customer feedback, and lead a high-performing team of

Qualifications

Strong customer-focused and data-driven decision making.
Experience building business cases, roadmaps and growth initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management across Treasury, Banking Partners, Commercial, Technology and Sales.
Proven ability to develop product strategies with measurable business value.
Comfort working autonomously and driving initiatives with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

Support development and execution of the global vision, strategy and roadmap for Funding products.
Identify opportunities for product enhancements, process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Lead end-to-end product development across Funding capabilities with direct and indirect engineering teams.
Manage product initiatives from concept and business case through launch and optimisation.
Collaborate with Treasury, Banking Partners, Technology, Operations, Commercial and Sales to ensure successful outcomes.
Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive improvements and future development.
