Key Responsibilities:

• Fund Financial Control & Audit – Oversee day-to-day financial management, reporting, audits, and controls.
• Compliance & Regulatory Oversight – Ensure tax compliance, corporate governance, and fund-level regulatory adherence.
• Real Estate & Investment Support – Manage valuation processes, support transactions, and contribute to fund growth initiatives.
• Operational Excellence – Optimize efficiency through financial modeling, treasury management, and process automation.

Who We're Looking For:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with post-qualification experience in a real estate fund.
• Financial services background, ideally with real estate knowledge and Luxembourg fund structures experience.
• Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus).
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong MS Office and financial modeling skills a bonus.
