Job summary

A global investment manager in London City Centre seeks an experienced finance professional to support fund and asset management teams. Responsibilities include leading financial input for new products and presenting insights to boards and investors. The ideal candidate will have a professional accounting qualification, strong experience in Fund Finance, preferably in Real Estate, and the ability to analyze financial performance effectively. Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification, such as ACA or ACCA.
• 5+ years PQE in Fund Finance, ideally in Real Estate.
• Experience with Real Estate funds is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support fund and asset management teams in strategy.
• Lead financial input into onboarding new assets.
• Present financial insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely financial and regulatory reporting.
• Advise Fund Managers on business strategies.

• Supporting fund and asset management teams in delivering fund strategy and structuring transactions
• Leading financial input into onboarding new products, assets, and suppliers
• Presenting financial insights to internal boards and external investors
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial and regulatory reporting
• Working closely with Fund Managers to advise on certain business strategies

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA)
• 5+ years PQE in Fund Finance (ideally Real Estate)
• Strong experience working with Real Estate funds
• Strong knowledge of Residential Funds & their structures
• Ability to analyse financial performance and communicate insights clearly
