Block, Inc. is seeking a Global Fulfillment Operations Specialist to drive reliable hardware fulfillment across its brands.

You will work with 3PL providers and regional partners to ensure timely orders, resolve discrepancies, and strengthen processes that connect systems with fulfillment partners. This individual contributor role combines hands-on execution, analysis, and continuous improvement, owning fulfillment outcomes and creating durable, scalable controls rather than recurring manual

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant experience in fulfillment, order management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Practical knowledge of ERP, order-management, and warehouse-management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with operational reporting.
• Ability to manage workflows, resolve exceptions, and deliver improvement projects.
• Ability to influence internal and external partners without direct authority.

Aufgaben

• Own fulfillment outcomes from order release through shipment confirmation.
• Monitor order accuracy, timeliness, backlog, holds and shipment exceptions.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners and regional supplier managers on performance.
• Maintain escalation paths and cross-time-zone handoffs for continuity.
• Lead defined improvement initiatives with measurable results.
