Job summary

Tracerco is seeking a senior operations and programs leader to support global fuel marking initiatives. You will bridge field operations with TRACERCO, ensuring timely material supply, resolving technical issues and driving programme delivery across multiple sites.

You will work with R&D, software, and marketing to tailor solutions, train staff, and promote programmes to customers, with travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering or similar.
• 5-7 years in manufacturing and product delivery operations.
• 3+ years in fuel, energy, chemical or related sectors.
• Proven track record managing complex technical projects.
• Experience in customer service (B2B and B2G).
• Understanding of fuel supply chains, distribution and storage.
• Knowledge of fuel solvents, renewable fuels, and/or biofuels.
• Experience with CRM systems and project management tools.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Analytical mindset and ability to prepare technical presentations.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing between infield operational personnel and TRACERCO to ensure timely supply of materials and resolution of issues.
• Audit of ongoing programmes, adherence to procedures, and retraining external staff.
• Manage relationship between TRACERCO and the entity responsible for day-to-day running of the fuel marking programme.
• Promote the programme to customers to demonstrate value and renewal potential.
• Collaborate with R&D and Software to tailor markers, instruments and software to customer requirements.
• Survey customer sites to tailor programmes with minimal disruption to operations.
• Lead procedures for ongoing programme operation and training of staff.
• Direct manufacturing and logistics to deliver materials and instruments for programme initiation.
