Zusammenfassung

Aspora is seeking a senior fraud leader to own how we detect and deter fraud across every rail and geo. You’ll lead fraud detection and deterrence end to end, map exposure, and define rules that balance security with a smooth customer experience.

You’ll work with Product, Payments, Engineering and Compliance, reporting to the Head of Financial Crime. You’ll own controls on our decisioning platform and drive fast, secure launches across cross-border flows.

Qualifikationen

• Proven fintech fraud experience across UK/EU/US.
• Built fraud controls at scale while protecting consumer money.
• Hands-on investigator background with alert/case handling.
• Experience handling real fraud events and loss spikes.

Aufgaben

• Own exposure mapping across rails, products and geos.
• Build and govern rules on the decisioning platform with back-testing.
• Design progressive access to payment rails by risk tier.
• Measure trade-off between fraud caught and friction added.
• Protect customers in the moment with education and verification.
