Job summary

Aspora is seeking a senior fraud leader to own detection and deterrence across all rails and geos. You will map exposure, design rules, govern the decisioning platform, and balance risk with a smooth customer experience.

You will partner with Product, Payments, Engineering and Compliance on launches, taking ownership from exposure mapping to customer protection. A track record in high-velocity fintech fraud is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fraud detection and deterrence end-to-end across multiple rails and geos.
• Proven ability to design and implement fraud controls at scale in fintech or regulated platforms.
• Experience working with product, payments and engineering on launches.

Responsibilities

• Own exposure mapping across rails, products and geographies.
• Build and govern rules on the decisioning platform with back-tested changes.
• Tier exposure by risk to enable secure customer flows.
• Measure fraud vs friction trade-offs and retire ineffective rules.
• Protect customers in the moment with education and verification on every rail.
• Ensure signed-off exposure maps before new product/go-live.
