Job summary

Unilever Fragrance House is seeking a Global Program & Operations Director to lead the end-to-end global fragrance programme, translating BG priorities into a multi-year agenda and ensuring delivery across hubs. Reporting to the Head of UFH, this role drives governance, lab operations strategy, and scale-up of hub design.

You will build a world-class, globally distributed Programme & Operations organisation, enable data-driven decisions, and collaborate with Strategy, Procurement and Supply

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale programs and complex operating models.
• Direct experience in fragrance, flavors or ingredients is preferred.
• Ability to create scalable governance and performance systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Global Fragrance Programme and coordinate with external partners to ensure successful co-creation and execution.
• Set long-term strategy for UFH laboratory operations and digital capabilities.
• Define the future global UFH footprint and lead hub design and integration.
• Manage the global ingredients palette with a focus on resilience and cost-effectiveness.
• Build and develop a world-class, globally distributed Programme & Operations organisation with strong talent pipelines.
