Job summary

We Do Group partners with an international energy and industrial services business to recruit a Senior FP&A Manager in Aberdeen. This hybrid role focuses on transforming FP&A foundations, data quality and reporting, becoming a true commercial partner to senior leadership.

You will shape FP&A, improve global reporting and support long-range planning across multiple regions, with opportunities to move into more commercial responsibilities as the function matures.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A, commercial finance or performance management background.
• Experience operating within an international, multi-geography organisation.
• Excellent budgeting, forecasting, modelling and long-range planning capability.
• Ability to transform large data into meaningful commercial insight.
• Proven track record of improving management information and reporting.
• Good systems capability and interest in finance process improvements.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence to challenge, influence and make recommendations.
• Ability to understand complexity and focus on what matters.

Responsibilities

• Shape and develop the global FP&A function across regions.
• Improve quality, accessibility and consistency of global financial information.
• Develop high-quality management reporting across geographies.
• Strengthen master data, reporting structures and performance visibility.
• Partner with global accounting, regional finance and Shared Services.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling processes.
• Contribute to five-year planning for the Board and shareholders.
• Turn complex financial data into clear commercial insight.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across three global service lines.
• Identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement to drive commercial decisions.
