Job summary

Halma p.l.c. is seeking a capable FP&A professional to join the Head Office finance team in Amersham. You will deliver reporting, analysis and business insight for senior stakeholders, helping drive robust decision making across the Group.

You'll work with Tagetik, support budgeting and forecasting cycles, and partner with operating companies to improve financial performance with accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in an international group with multi-currency consolidation.
• Familiarity with Tagetik and financial reporting software.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and high proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality reporting, insight and challenge for decision making.
• Assist strategic planning, budgeting and rolling forecast cycles.
• Consolidate and prepare group monthly management accounts for the Board.
• Prepare group weekly sales and orders information.
• Support statutory reporting processes with the Group Chief Accountant.
• Drive continuous improvement of consolidation and FP&A tooling.
• Collaborate with operating companies to improve financial performance.
