THG Ingenuity invites a skilled FP&A professional to join our Manchester team. You will own planning, forecasting, and financial modelling across the business, partnering with commercial and operations teams to understand driver performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and ability to build financial models from scratch.
• Confident communicator able to present analysis to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement mindset to enhance existing processes.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly forecast and month-end close, with variance analysis and commentary.
• Support reforecast cycles and consolidate inputs for management reporting.
• Model cashflow and balance sheet dynamics, and assist board packs.
• Lead ad hoc analyses on performance, profitability and trends.
