Job summary

Stanton House is seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager for a high-growth data centre business in London. You will manage financial models, forecast cash flows, and support senior leadership with commercial insights and investment decisions.

You will collaborate across functions, challenge assumptions, and drive improvements to reporting and forecasting processes in a fast-paced environment. Immediate start is available with an attractive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with c.5+ years' post-qualified experience.
  • Strong financial modelling skills with experience building/enhancing models.
  • Experience in capital-intensive sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, data centres, or construction.
  • Exposure to FP&A, investment analysis, corporate finance, or transaction services.
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability.
  • Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update portfolio financial models and forecasts.
  • Track capital expenditure against budgets and forecasts.
  • Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and funding requirements.
  • Prepare investment committee papers and shareholder reporting.
  • Coordinate financial information across multiple business functions.
  • Review and challenge assumptions, ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency.
  • Support ongoing improvements to reporting and forecasting processes.

A high-growth data center business is seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager to join its expanding finance team.

Key Responsibilities
