NEP Group is launching a Finance Graduate Programme in London, offering two 18-month rotations in Group Commercial Finance & FP&A and NEP Europe Finance. The programme includes a fully funded CIMA qualification, paid study leave, and international experience.

Starting January 2027, it’s a path to a permanent finance role with a clear progression. The role provides real responsibilities from day one, including month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and building partnerships with finance

What you'll do

Over 3 years, you'll complete two 18-month rotations, one in Group Commercial Finance & FP&A and one in NEP Europe Finance. This is real work from day one, not shadowing. You'll:

• See how a global business performs: help prepare month-end reporting across regions for Group leadership
• Find the story behind the numbers: analyse results against budget and forecast, and explain what's driving them
• Help shape what comes next: support budgeting, forecasting and revenue models
• Track risks and opportunities: maintain the Group view of what could help or hurt performance
• Work as a business partner: build relationships with finance teams and stakeholders across our international businesses
• Make things better: suggest ways to improve our reporting, processes and tools

• Good with numbers and analytical, and like solving problems
• Strong communicators, confident to ask questions and share ideas
• Adaptable and resilient, comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Team players who are happy to roll up their sleeves when it counts
• Ambitious, with the drive to grow into a future finance manager or leader
