Job summary

NEP Europe is offering a Finance Graduate Programme in London that combines two 18‑month rotations across Group Commercial Finance & FP&A and NEP Europe Finance. You’ll hit the ground running with real work from day one, shaping reporting, budgeting and forecasting while building key business partnerships.

The programme includes a fully funded CIMA qualification, study leave, international exposure and a clear development path into a qualified finance role. January 2027 start preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support two 18-month rotations in Group Commercial Finance & FP&A and NEP Europe Finance.
• Assist month-end reporting across regions for Group leadership.
• Analyze results against budget/forecast and explain drivers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and revenue modelling activities.
• Maintain the Group view of risks and opportunities.
• Build relationships with finance teams and stakeholders across businesses.

• See how a global business performs: help prepare month-end reporting across regions for Group leadership
• Find the story behind the numbers: analyse results against budget and forecast, and explain what's driving them
• Help shape what comes next: support budgeting, forecasting and revenue models
• Track risks and opportunities: maintain the Group view of what could help or hurt performance
• Work as a business partner: build relationships with finance teams and stakeholders across our international businesses
• Make things better: suggest ways to improve our reporting, processes and tools
