Job summary

Nord Anglia Education’s London Headquarters is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support the delivery of short- and long-term financial objectives through high-quality analysis, reporting and decision support to the Board and senior leadership. You will partner with central, regional and local finance teams to enhance reporting accuracy and drive strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Business (or numerate discipline).
• Strong Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables; VBA/macros advantageous.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Curious and proactive in understanding business performance and financial results.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Interest in pursuing ACA, ACCA or CIMA.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end reporting, management accounts, forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Analyse financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Deliver KPI, revenue, P&L and cash flow reporting for decision-making.
• Provide insightful analysis and reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with regional and functional teams to produce high-quality financial insights.
• Maintain and improve financial data quality through reconciliation and cleansing.
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, cash flow analysis, capex reporting and strategic projects.
• Identify process improvements to enhance FP&A efficiency.
• Support the development of reporting standards, templates and best practices.
• Assist with the annual planning cycle including forecasts, budgets and routine reporting.
