Job summary

You will develop policies, oversee incident investigations, analyze KPIs, train drivers, and manage regulatory compliance across regions, with 20–30% travel and a focus on emissions reductions and safety excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Transportation, or related field.
• 6-8+ years in fleet/road safety management or EHS.
• Experience with incident investigation and corrective action.
• Expertise in fleet safety regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain global fleet and road safety policies, procedures, and standards.
• Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes for fleet/road safety events.
• Analyze fleet safety data, trends, and KPIs; report findings to senior leadership and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate driver training, qualification, and safety awareness programs across all regions.
• Manage compliance with applicable transportation, road safety, and fleet regulations.
