Job summary

Ocado Group seeks a senior fire safety professional to lead governance and assurance across its global operations. You will advise on fire risk, influence senior leaders, and ensure compliance within the HSFE framework.

You will coordinate with regulators, auditors, and project teams to embed fire safety across design, procurement and operations, including battery systems and automated environments.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in risk management, fire safety, or built environment, or equivalent professional qualification with experience.
• Membership in a fire safety, risk management or related institution at a competent level.

Responsibilities

• Own fire safety standards, methodology and assurance across territories.
• Advise operations and engineering on fire risk and legal compliance; test controls.
