Job summary

Shirley Parsons Ltd. is seeking a Global Fire Safety Manager to lead fire safety, compliance and risk management across a global client portfolio. You will drive assurance, manage providers, audit processes and deliver expert guidance to global operations.

The role requires strong international experience in fire safety and regulatory knowledge, with senior stakeholder exposure and a track record in incident response and emergency management.

Qualifications

• Strong international experience in fire safety, fire compliance and HSE.
• Senior–level experience within FM, engineering, HSE, quality or a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead fire safety compliance and assurance across the global portfolio.
• Manage fire safety providers, suppliers and planned/reactive works.
• Audit compliance processes and documentation to ensure standards are met.
• Provide expert advice to operational and HSE teams across regions.
• Report on risks, trends and legislative changes to senior stakeholders.
• Support and lead fire safety incident investigations when required.

We are looking for an experienced Global Fire Safety Manager to lead fire safety, compliance and risk management across a global portfolio of client sites.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading fire safety compliance and assurance across the portfolio.
• Managing fire safety providers, suppliers and planned/reactive works.
• Auditing compliance processes and documentation.
• Providing expert advice to operational and H&S teams.
• Reporting on risks, trends and legislative changes to senior stakeholders.
• Supporting and leading fire safety incident investigations.

About You

You ll have:

• Strong international experience in fire safety, fire compliance and H&S.
• Senior–level experience within FM, engineering, HSE, quality or a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing suppliers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in incident response/emergency management.
