Job summary

LemFi, a Series B fintech, is seeking an experienced Reconciliation Specialist to own end-to-end transaction matching across the general ledger, bank accounts, and partner settlements. This hybrid role combines remote work with a London-area office, involving a rotating weekend schedule roughly once a month.

You'll collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Engineering and Customer Services to resolve discrepancies, prepare month-end reports, and support audits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of reconciliation experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and reconciliation tools.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile transactions across the general ledger and sub-ledgers, and bank/credit card accounts end to end.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, follow up and update management.
• Lead investigation and recovery of unsettled transactions with partners/banks.
